Voter Information

People absentee voting in person do not need to mail an application in advance. You can vote absentee same day! 

Absentee ballot applications delivered by mail must be received in the office of the Absentee Election Manager (Cullman or Blount County Circuit Clerk)  for your county no later than 7 days prior to the election (May 6, 2025).

 Applications returned by hand must be received in the office of the Absentee Election Manager (Cullman or Blount County Circuit Clerk) for your county no later than 5 days prior to the election (May 8, 2025).

An absentee ballot returned by mail must be received by the Absentee Election Manager (Cullman or Blount County Circuit Clerk) no later than noon on election day (May 13, 2025). If hand-delivered, the ballot must be in the office of the Absentee Election Manager(Cullman or Blount County Circuit Clerk)  by the close of business (but no later than 5 p.m.) on the day prior to the election (May 12, 2025).
